30-Day Return Policy

Our 30-day return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them: unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you are unsure about a specific item, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Unfortunately, promotional items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get what you want is to return the original item and, once the return is approved, purchase the replacement separately.

14-Day EU Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without providing a justification. As with our standard policy, items must be in the same condition as received, unworn, unused, with all tags intact, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and display the refund.
